Hello, and welcome to Yoruichi-chama ((site names with Bleach or fancy words for Chronicles or Adventures were already taken XP)). In case you were wondering, the '-sama' suffix was already taken, so I used 'chama' which means 'young lord/master' according to what I read in Host Club. Anywho, back to the point. While the purpose of the site is enjoyment from RPing, there need to be some rules in order to ensure proper conduct.
1. Remember the human: Keep in mind that you're not just typing and interacting with computer-generated responses, but you're actually RPing with real people. Keep this in mind and try to keep a semblance to politeness. When RPing, the exception to this is if you're character is rude by nature, but be sure that if it's really rude, that the other person knows that you don't mean harm.
2. No Flame Wars: This falls somewhat under the above rule. There will NOT be any threads specifically created to harass or insult another person on the site. First offense is a warning, second is a ban.
3. NO SPAM! I swear! Spam is annoying! Don't do it! If I catch you...*glares* First offense is a warning, second a ban. Most likely permanent because it's a big pet peeve and nobody likes it. You can play 'spam games' in the forum games board though. Mostly, I just mean crowding the c-box with urls, posting multiple urls to sites outside of the affiliates board, crud that is repeatedly posted...you get the drift.
4. No l33t or chat speak. This is also highly annoying as well. Use complete sentences...no lols outside of the non-rp boards, and even keep those to a minimum. First two significant offenses are warnings, third a ban.
5. Minimize swearing and foul language: This is just polite, and some people have sensitive filters on their networks. *knows the pain quite well*
6. Porn/Drugs: Advocation of this will NOT be tolerated! First offense is an instant ban.
7. No illegal links: Links that lead to sites about Rule 6 will not be tolerated and will also result in an instant ban. Can you tell how I feel about this by now...?
8. Plagiarism: If you're caught copying the work of another, whether it be literature, art, or a profile, you will be either warned or banned, depending on the degree of offense. Profile copying is likely to be a ban.
9. If you are unable to maintain good conduct, a mod or admin will be forced to step in and give a warning.
10. Mature Roleplaying: This only happens on the 'Mature' board. This exists for RPers who wish to roleplay adult situations between their characters, nowhere else. If you wish to use it, ask for the password. If it offends you, don't ask for it. There will be no discussion of topics in this board in the c-box or any other boards. No one will give the password to other roleplayers either, as this is an admin/moderator duty. If you need to discuss something, keep it to pms.
11. Signature Graphic Size: No excessively large signatures. No one likes to scroll half a page past a sig. If you can't find a good one, post a request in the graphics board and someone might help you out by either finding one or making one.

1. Use the given bio format when posting a bio. Stick as closely to it as you can...it's not too hard.
2. Don't just go to a resource site *cough*Wikipedia*cough* and copy and paste whatever is posted there. True, Wiki is great for starting off and getting a general idea, but you have to use your own words, and by that I don't mean switching prepositions, adjectives, etc.
3. Don't constantly nag for a bio to be approved. We probably know it's there and will approve it when we think it's ready. To help keep us organized, please add these in the topic title:
A. (NC): Post (NC) if your character is not complete.
B. (AD): Post (AD) if your character is almost done.
C. (RFR): Post (RFR) if your character is Ready for Review. Don't post it before though.
4. If an admin/mod asks you to add/change something in a profile, do it.
5. No profile stealing from other sites.
6. Canon Character Rule: Unless given special permission, only one canon character is permitted per person. You can have up to two custom charries. This is so more people can play their favorite charries. If desired, you can create a seperate account per charrie to seperate display names and such to a small extent, but no more than two accounts. I recommend your canon charrie on one and your customs on another, or if you're not doing a canon, then one account per charrie.
7. Character Deaths: If you play a canon charrie and they die in the manga/anime, then I'm afraid you'll have to give them up. I was in a Naruto RP once where someone had Hidan long after he had died in the manga (I know he didn't really die, but work with me here!), and they annoyingly had him beating the tar out of everyone. This is to maintain order. We are also going to hold off killing canon characters at all costs. If you have an orginal charrie, or want to kill one off, you must obtain permission to do so first. If they die, we'll move them to the Dead Character board and label them 'R.I.P.'
8. Importing Characters: Some sites have ricidculously low standards...so don't expect a profile that got approved there to be approved here. You still might have to change it.
9. If a character bio is incomplete and shows no progress after a month, unless given advance notice, it shall be deleted. If you need to, write it up on Word, Notepad, Wordperfect, etc. and save it there.
10. Don't have canon character acting too out of character. This means that Ishida will not suddenly start tossing daisies in the air, and Rukia won't be happy-go-lucky and start using cutesy talk, unless of course Pyon is in her gigai ^^
11. If you're custom charrie is somewhat foul by nature, please keep it to a minimum.
